Nicotine is an addictive substance. Our products are intended exclusively for adult smokers and nicotine users looking for an alternative to cigarettes – not for non-smokers and certainly not for minors.
For adults aged 18 and over only
- The sale of nicotine and tobacco products to persons under 18 is prohibited in Slovakia (Act No. 377/2004 Coll. and No. 89/2016 Coll.). We enforce this ban without exception – including zero-nicotine products if they are intended for vaping.
- We verify age three times: when entering the website, when placing an order and when the parcel is handed over (ID required by the courier or at the pickup point). Registered customers can verify their age in their account once and for all.
- We cancel orders suspected of being placed by a minor. Buying “for someone else” who is under 18 is a violation of the law.
What you should know about nicotine
- Nicotine is addictive; we do not recommend its use to pregnant and breastfeeding women, people with heart and vascular diseases, or people who have not used nicotine before.
- Store e-liquids and pods out of reach of children and pets – liquid nicotine is toxic if swallowed or in contact with skin. If swallowed, immediately contact the National Toxicological Information Centre: 02/5477 4166 (24/7).
- All products are notified under Directive 2014/40/EU (TPD), carry the required health warning, and have a maximum nicotine content of 20 mg/ml and a maximum refill volume of 2 ml.
If you want to quit nicotine
Vaping is not a treatment for addiction. If you want to quit completely, consult your doctor or the Smoking Cessation Helpline 0908 222 722 (Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic) – counselling is free of charge. In your account, you can set a gradual reduction of nicotine strength and reminders.
How we communicate
- We do not display advertising aimed at minors, we do not use sweets or toy motifs, and we do not present products as healthy or harmless.
- We send our newsletter only to adult customers who have given explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We do not sell products without a health warning and notification; we report counterfeits.
Environment
- Disposable e-cigarettes contain a lithium battery and electronics – they do not belong in household waste. Take them to an e-waste collection point or an electronics retailer (take-back scheme). It is free of charge.
- We sort empty pods and packaging according to the label; cardboard from our parcels is recyclable.
